I am not a doctor, a medical researcher, a clinical nutritionist, a life coach nor am I a psychologist. I am not selling any supplements, workout programs, subscriptions and I have no affiliation with any of the people, products or services I mention. I haven't been lobbied by profitable pharmaceutical companies or big agricultural companies, nor have I been seduced by supplement companies, trendy diets and lifestyle fabs. I am just a guy that wanted to find the simplest most effective way to make every cell in my body reach its potential so that I could perform my best as a professional athlete and become as healthy as possible. I have spent the last 10 years experimenting in health optimization, reading leading edge medical scientific evidence and sifting through healthy living recommendations to help myself reach optimum performance, heal injuries, be well and as a bonus prevent degenerative illness down the road. What I continually uncovered was that human health is dependent on a natural human environment, one that resembles as close as possible that of our distant hunter gatherer ancestors. As I fell in love with researching, exploring and compiling health knowledge my friends began to ask me for some key points. What began with suggesting probiotics and high intensity interval training, grew to long hours writing a book on my bunk in the sleeper bus after hockey games.

Label me a health enthusiast, a citizen scientist, a wannabe health practitioner, whatever title you want. Do whatever makes you more comfortable with my lack of conventional credibility in these areas. One thing is for sure is I have lived the challenges of taking health into my own hands and pushing my mind body to new limits as a professional ice hockey goaltender. I am your guinea pig. A guinea pig that has tried and tested the confusing landscape of biohacking and health and wellness.  Still with those credentials I am still one of the public, I am a passionate normal person wanting to help the next guy improve his health and wellness without having to undergo years of personal research and discovery as I have done. Beginning with conversations with my friends it became apparent that what men wanted most was simple facts and credible advice with convenient application to their busy lives. I pondered. Would if I could give men a streamlined, practical, and all in one system to implement knowledge from over 40 health and wellness books, athlete performance seminars, years of personal experimenting, lectures, conversations with health practitioners and of course 500 clinical papers? And so the idea for an all in one single issue instruction manual to wellness emerged.  My bias is that I believe that most industry funded nutritional science has its limitations and confounding factors. I am biased towards the strong effectiveness of things produced in nature and unaltered by human economics and psychological fallacy. I want the individual to no longer need to do any extensive health research on their own, burning the candle deep into the night to discover the mystery of healthy living. I want you to be able to focus on your dreams, goals, family, and life and not have to constantly change diets, doctors, prescriptions, supplements, workout regimens or spend hours reading confusing online material of the newest fitness and nutrition fads. Being independent gives me the freedom to provide nothing but the most accurate and objective evidence based knowledge about preventative medicine and wellness with no political agenda other than helping you obtain the highest degree of fitness health and longevity possible. I do this by carefully scrutinizing the experts to which I reference and look always for primary sources of scientific data.  I am not selling any supplements, receiving compensation or benefits for any recommended products, I am here to help you transform your health for the better and end this tiresome investigation into what healthy living and wellness should look like. By reading all the research and data and carefully selecting and synthesizing only the most up to date unbiased scientific health studies, papers and literature I am able to give you the tools in a practical way. Literature referenced comes only from health professionals with a history of clinical studies and anecdotal success with their patients and or subjects. This is then condensed into the most essential applicable information to integrate it into a busy modern day career or family focused lifestyle. This program aims to give you all that you need to reach your health and fitness potential and lower your risk of chronic illness and degenerative disease in a time where both are rampant. Human nature compels us to pick a team. I want you on your own team.
